David Brazier MSAI

David is both a member of the Society of Architectural Illustrators and a qualified Architect with over 25 years experience.

David’s work has featured in public consultations, press releases, flyers for marketing and planning applications. Additionally David has provided illustrations for schools and sports clubs to provide site route-maps for users and staff and illustrations of houses for private individuals.

David works in CAD to produce a 3D model. Once a perspective view is agreed, pen and ink drawings are produced for approval followed by either watercolour, pencil or pantone washes to produce the final image.

As well as working with many Housing Developers, Planning Consultants and private individuals David has also worked for Architects, Sports Clubs and Independent Schools. Typical commissions include concept sketches for client approval, images for public consultations, planning applications, press releases and marketing. Commissions have also included wayfinding maps, campus guides and map infographics to help guide visitors and users unfamiliar with, for instance, a School or campus layout.
