Illustrator

I am a qualified architect, currently working as an associate in a London-based architectural practice.

My love for architecture and urban design have driven me towards further development in my illustration skills, which have been core to the creative process in the design business. Over the years, my sketches and illustrations have helped the practice win jobs and competitions. They have also played significant roles in winning over the hearts of planners and the public in the early stages of projects. Most importantly, as architects ourselves, the ability to visualise our design concepts before going into too much detail is key to our success.

During my school years, I illustrated my ideas with watercolour. My abilities to build 3d models and render CGIs have been acquired over the years from work. Nowadays, most of my ‘line & wash’ illustrations are being done with a digital pen tablet, which means my ‘free-hand’ drawings are in fact digital and more flexible.
