Samphire Close & The Boatyard

White Space Design commissioned me to produce artist’s impressions for their clients Novus Homes.
The brief was to produce individual property perspectives and a site plan for a prestigious new development at Blakeney on the beautiful North Norfolk coast.
The illustrations would form part of the marketing material for the development.

The striking new properties featured state of the art technology with traditional materials and craftsmanship at their core. Thus, the traditional approach of my watercolour illustrations would project the feel they were looking for.

The properties were selling fast and Novus Homes were so pleased with my work I was soon producing another illustration for their next development, The Boatyard, at Wells-Next-the-Sea with a nautical theme which I helped to develop in my illustration.
