The Pines Holiday Lodge Park at Runswick Bay is an exciting new development located just minutes to the picturesque fishing village of Runswick Bay in North Yorkshire.

Phase 2 of the development comprises 18 brand new holiday lodge homes for sale. Each home will enjoy a raised decking entertainment area and block paved driveway to accommodate 2 cars. The grounds of the park is bordered by pine trees. A landscaping scheme will be introduced during its development and security operated electric gates will be installed.

The illustrations served as publicity and for off-plan sales for new customers and comprised of a mixture of 3D modelling and drone footage of the park and surrounding Runswick Bay
