This project in Calderdale, West Yorkshire, proposes to introduce a double lane from the Calder and Hebble junction to the Jubilee Road junction and a new link road between the A629 and Stainland Road with a new roundabout on Stainland Road. For more information, see The Next Chapter web site.

Following the public engagement in Autumn 2018, work took place to prepare the proposals to be submitted for planning permission, which was submitted in late 2018 and granted in May 2019. These illustrations and animations were used for client sign-off, stakeholder engagement and to help the designers fully understand the proposals in hyper-realistic context. Working with the landscape architect consultants, the soft landscaping designs served to reduce the civils impact of such a large project and essentially ‘fit in’ with the surrounding woodlands to the area and the Calder & Hebble Canal and Calder Valley Greenway.
